The DPC Software referral program pays a cash bonus of $2000 for the referral of a job candidate or hiring manager which leads to a full time job placement by DPC Software. Bonuses are paid in full after 3 months of work is completed by the placed candidate.

How It Works...
If you give us the name and contact info of a candidate who is hired by one of our clients, or the name of a hiring manager who hires one of our candidates, you get $2,000. It's that simple. Only one individual
can collect a bonus per hire.

| Referral Bonus Rules and Regulations |

- An individual cannot refer him/herself as a Hiring Manager or candidate.
- If you give a referral that DPC Software already has been referred to, you will not receive credit or payment. Only one person can receive credit for referring an Hiring Manager or Candidate. You will receive confirmation within 1 business day as to whether or not you are registered as a referrer for a given Candidate or Hiring Manager.
- Referrals are valid for one year after the referral is confirmed for DPC Software. After this one year period no referral bonus will be given for the given Candidate or Hiring Manager.
- A Candidate must be in his or her position for a minimum of three months before any payment is due to the referrer. In the case that employment is terminated before this point, no bonus will be paid.
- The maximum amount of bonus money paid to an individual per calendar year is $20,000. At the start of a new calendar year an individual is elegible to receive $20,000.
